• Packages are for your personal use only and expire one year from purchase.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client. Cancellations made after this window, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

• To ensure you receive your full treatment, please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiting the session.

• Your comfort, care, and safety are always our priority, and we may pause or discontinue treatments if needed.
